These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DoctorOS BD platform. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using DoctorOS BD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These terms apply to all users including registered doctors, administrative staff, and any other persons accessing the platform.

The Service is intended exclusively for physicians registered with the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC).
By registering, you confirm that you hold a valid BMDC registration and that the credentials you provide are accurate and current.
DoctorOS BD reserves the right to verify your registration status and suspend accounts found to be fraudulent or unregistered.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately via WhatsApp (01805128639) if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must not share your account with any other person or allow others to access the platform using your credentials.

You may use the Service only for lawful clinical management purposes.
You must not use the Service to store or transmit data in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform.
You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service except through official APIs.
You must not upload malicious code, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.

You retain ownership of all patient data you enter into the Service.
You grant DoctorOS BD a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process this data solely to deliver the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of patient data complies with applicable medical confidentiality laws in Bangladesh.
You must obtain appropriate patient consent before storing sensitive health information.

The Free plan is available at no cost with usage limits as stated on the Pricing page.
The Pro and Max Plans are billed on a 30-day basis. All fees are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Payments are made manually via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). No automatic billing or online payment gateway is used.
After sending payment, you must submit your transaction ID through the platform for admin verification. Access is activated within 24 hours of approval.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must submit a new payment request before your current plan expires to continue uninterrupted access.
Payments are non-refundable once your subscription has been activated. Contact us via WhatsApp (01805128639) for any payment disputes.

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
DoctorOS BD is not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Service.

All software, design, trademarks, and content of DoctorOS BD are the exclusive property of DoctorOS BD and are protected by Bangladeshi and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose only.

DoctorOS BD is a clinical management tool and does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the registered physician.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoctorOS BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your login access will be removed, but clinical records (patients, prescriptions, visits) are retained to comply with legal data-retention requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or if your BMDC registration lapses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
